Right now, Jet-Tech outboard waterjets are in production exclusively for the OXE belt-driven diesel outboard, and soon, the technology will be available for high-horsepower gasoline
outboard applications.
Standard waterjets often employ old and outdated technology. Because of that, standard jets can be limited in the size outboard they can be paired with. The robust Jet-Tech design can be coupled with high-power OXE diesel outboards up to 300HP, with a high-power gasoline version on the way.
The Jet-Tech system along with the OXE outboard package can be mounted directly to hulls with transoms designed to accommodate the intake, or hulls can be adapted using a pod to extend and modify the profile of the transom to accommodate the Jet-Tech intake.
Currently, Jet-Tech is being produced exclusively to mate with the OXE diesel outboard. However, soon the technology will be available for high-powered gasoline-powered outboard from other manufacturers.
Paired with an OXE outboard, Jet-Tech can be used in a single, double, triple, or quad setup.
The Jet-Tech design largely mitigates cavitation, reducing the risk of burns on the impeller.
